POL converter with built-in inductor in a small QFN package [RPX-Series]
The RECOM RPX-Series is a Point of Load (POL) converter that integrates an inductor into a small QFN package. RECOM has achieved the ability to push the frequency into the MHz range while maintaining excellent efficiency with a small inductor, thanks to the optimal converter topology and magnetic materials in a lead frame structure flip chip package. As a result, the RPX-Series has achieved remarkable miniaturization, even with the inductor built into the package. This miniaturization not only saves board space but also has the advantage of keeping EMI low.
