Push-pull operations are actually quite simple! We assist in improving work quality with an effective curriculum from the worker's perspective, receiving high praise from veteran workers.
We have prepared a basic training program for push-pull operations categorized by work content! Based on the work content and operational relevance, we have devised a unique curriculum. This not only improves the operational skills of individual workers but also enables the cultivation of educators, leading to an overall enhancement of skill levels and the transmission of techniques. The outline of the curriculum is as follows: - Basic Operations Module: Loading and unloading cargo on pallets from floor work This module assumes tasks such as loading cargo on pallets onto trucks or unloading cargo from trucks onto pallets. - Advanced Operations Module: Stacking and unstacking operations This module assumes tasks related to multi-tier storage using sheet pallets and the bundling and de-bundling operations in container transport. - Educator Training: In addition to mastering advanced operations, this module focuses on learning the procedures for instructing other workers. In the past, due to the lack of a structured curriculum, workers had to hone their skills independently to master safe operations. However, in an era where organizational management that does not rely on individuals is required, such as in work style reforms, it is essential to standardize work quality across the organization based on a curriculum that ensures a certain level of quality.

Applications/Examples of results
Case 1: Importing Products from Overseas Plastic sheet pallets were considered as a measure against water exposure for paper sheet pallets, but due to cost constraints, it was determined that paper products were necessary. We received inquiries to overcome the weaknesses of paper sheet pallets. It was demonstrated that sheet pallets, which had reduced strength due to water exposure, could be handled through basic operations, and it was decided to use paper sheet pallets. Since we were able to engage in the specification development of the push-pull device, we provided operational guidance free of charge. Case 2: Exporting Products Overseas Due to poor stacking conditions inside the container, the receiving side requested improvements in operations, but it was difficult for the on-site workers to address the issue alone. Therefore, we received inquiries, and by learning the basic operations, the stacking conditions improved, making the tab sections of the sheet pallets easier to grasp, for which the receiving side expressed their gratitude. We did not engage in the specification development of the push-pull device, so we accepted the project for a fee.

The official company name is Advanced Logic Tech Japan Co., Ltd., but we have often been referred to as "ALT" by our customers, so we would like to inform you of this. Our company was founded by engineers who have been involved in supporting the introduction of systems since the 1980s when sheet pallets were brought to Japan. The biggest difference between our company and other sheet pallet sales companies is that we primarily focus on technical consulting. As a result, the purchase of sheet pallets serves as compensation for our consulting services, making the consulting fees effectively zero. While sheet pallets are recognized as inexpensive material handling resources, our strength in their introduction lies in our ability to offer roller forks in addition to push-pull attachments. First, we can start by equipping the roller forks on the forklifts you currently have to begin considering the handling of sheet pallets. If any issues arise due to the mechanism or if there is a need to reduce running costs, we can further deepen the discussion with push-pull attachments, providing a reliable approach. We believe that because sheet pallets are inexpensive materials, they can be useful in solving various challenges.
