We will resolve printing issues caused by glaze.
The "Glaze Sweeper" becomes acidic when water is added, acting as a glaze removal and deposition prevention agent that decomposes the glaze component calcium carbonate and dissolves it into the liquid. It easily removes oily substances such as ink and calcium components, as well as hydrophilic substances like paper dust and gum, in a single solution. Using it 1 to 3 times a week can prevent glaze deposition. 【Instructions for Use】 1. Apply the solution evenly over the roller and idle at low speed for about 2 to 3 minutes. The oily glaze accumulated on the roller will change color and rise to the surface. 2. Turn on the doctor blade and ensure that water is applied evenly over the entire roller. This will cause the water-soluble glaze, including paper dust, calcium carbonate, and gum, to rise. Continue applying water until the liquid scraped off by the doctor blade becomes clear, allowing for the removal of all dirt. 3. To prevent the solution from splattering outside the roller, please transfer it to a cleaning bottle or similar container for use. 4. For color change cleaning, please use our Power Refresh. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
