Design and Development Management Regulations ◎ Cross-organizational information sharing at each stage, including design, prototyping, and production. ◎ At each stage, discussions on regulations, hazards, environment, quality, and commercialization are conducted, with management decisions being involved in advance. ◎ Tasks are promoted in parallel without waiting for the completion of the previous stage. ◎ Insights from later stages are fed back to earlier processes to resolve issues in advance.
