The μ-MIM technology is optimal for the production of endoscopic surgical parts that require high precision in producing complex shapes from difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel. Other manufacturing methods find it challenging to process these materials, and even if they can be processed, it is very expensive and mass production is difficult. We manufacture fine, complex-shaped metal parts with high precision using molds in a net shape, ensuring consistency and stable mass production. Additionally, we can provide secondary processes such as plating, resin coating, and high-performance surface treatments. We also accept various types of plating, overmolding with PEEK materials, and various mirror finishes.

Tai Mori Industries, certified with ISO13485, has been mass-producing metal parts with fine and complex shapes, such as those used in endoscopic surgery, with high precision. Shapes with curved surfaces and thin walls of several tens of micrometers, three-dimensional complex shapes with internal gears and hollow structures, as well as shapes that can only be produced with 3D printers, can be mass-produced with high precision through our unique manufacturing methods. Furthermore, we have measured and evaluated numerous products with shapes that are difficult to achieve with conventional processing methods. Measurement of fine products that cannot be evaluated with traditional measuring equipment can also be confidently performed using our unique evaluation system. We offer a wide range of materials, primarily stainless steel, as well as titanium, titanium alloys, pure copper, copper alloys, and precious metals, and we also accept new material development.
