Techshot is a company that designs, develops, and sells unique experimental equipment for use in space. The experimental module with a built-in pump was first launched to the ISS during the SpaceX mission CRS-20 in early March 2020. **Challenges and Solutions** The MVP Cell-03 mission is a study aimed at verifying the increased growth rate of cardiac cells placed in microgravity. During the experiment, the cardiac cells grew in a specially designed cell culture experimental module made by Techshot. One of the challenges Techshot faced in developing the microgravity experimental device was miniaturization. The RP-Q series is a pump small enough to fit on a fingertip, yet it provides the 3 mL/min required by Techshot, outperforming similar-sized products from other manufacturers. Additionally, using a simple structure with fewer sealing points in the tube pump helps reduce the potential for leaks.
