The era of automated loading and unloading: Bulk transfer of 32 pallets.
Just 10 minutes after opening the truck's wing, loading and unloading pallets can be completed with the push of a button. "TRTS (TORTAS)" is a device specifically designed for wing body trucks commonly used in the Japanese automotive parts industry, and it features the world's first system that automatically loads and unloads cargo from the side of the truck. This allows for loading and unloading without the use of forklifts, reducing the burden on drivers. It is expected to shorten work time and reduce the number of trucks needed. *Note: Guide rails and stoppers are required to place the base pallet on the truck. *According to our research.

basic information
The components of the TRTS include a traverser (a device for horizontally moving heavy objects), shipping conveyors, and receiving conveyors. Using a base pallet that is almost the same size as the truck bed floor, standard pallets that will be used as return boxes are transferred. For a system designed for 10-ton trucks, the loading dimensions are 9,700mm in width, 2,400mm in depth, and 2,500mm in height. The TRTS solves the problem of the truck bed's rise and fall that occurs when transferring cargo to the truck, thanks to its unique sensing technology and pallet structure. It transports the base pallet while keeping it level to prevent the cargo from shifting.

Applications/Examples of results
TRTS eliminates the need for forklift operations and significantly reduces loading and unloading times, thereby shortening truck waiting times. This leads to improved truck utilization rates and optimization of the number of trucks and drivers. The shortage of labor and drivers in logistics is a major challenge, and the demand for automation is expected to increase further. Our company is committed to responding to requests from a wide range of industries and providing systems accordingly.
