[Business Introduction] Machine Design and Manufacturing / Development and Production of Agricultural Tools
Even broken parts can be manufactured if they can be drawn up! We provide support for labor-saving and production technology.
YM-I Corporation specializes in the design and manufacturing of machinery and jigs primarily for automotive parts, as well as the development and production of agricultural tools. For the procurement of parts and purchased items (such as bearings and oil seals) for machine tools and agricultural machinery, we create drawings from broken parts and manufacture them. For purchased parts, we determine the manufacturer based on the actual item and procure accordingly. We provide estimates for spare parts that are problematic in terms of delivery time and price, and offer support for labor-saving and production technology. 【Overview】 ■ Create drawings and manufacture broken parts from the actual item ■ Determine the manufacturer and procure purchased parts from the actual item ■ Provide estimates for spare parts that are problematic in terms of delivery time and price ■ Convert hand-drawn designs into electronic data (CAD) ■ Support for labor-saving and production technology *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
