The "6042A" is a stereo FM demodulator used to measure various characteristics of FM transmitters and FM relay transmitters for analog FM broadcasting (76MHz to 108MHz) in Japan and Europe/America. Since the main signal processing is digitalized, it has high operational stability. By adding an optional BPF to the RF input section, it can also be used as a receiver for monitoring RF signals.
