Liberation from heavy labor! Greatly contributes to labor saving! Robots automatically package according to the size of the meat portions.
The vacuum packaging of beef and pork cuts is automated using three-dimensional measurement technology and robotic control technology. The processing capacity is 17 bags per minute. In this case, six people are required for manual work, but with this equipment, it can be done by two people, allowing for a reduction of four personnel.

basic information
The task of packaging beef and pork cuts into vacuum-sealed bags is currently performed by a few workers manually. The cuts are heavy, and each one must be bagged individually. Additionally, care must be taken to avoid soiling the bags, and the process must be carried out quickly, making it labor-intensive. This device automatically measures the cuts of beef and pork using image measurement technology, selects the appropriate bag size, supplies it, and packages the meat. First, when the cut is placed on the conveyor, its size is measured using three-dimensional measurement, and a bag of the suitable size is selected from three types of film, with a robot covering the meat with the bag. Furthermore, a finger conveyor that adjusts its width according to the size of the meat has been adopted, allowing for smooth packaging without soiling the bags.
