IMC Corporation (President Katsuno Isamu, Head Office: Shinjuku Royal Building, 7-21-1 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) has recently concluded a sales agency agreement with arQana Technologies Pte Ltd (arQana Technologies, Singapore, President Glenn Vandevoorde, hereinafter referred to as arQana) and will begin selling arQana products from December 1, 2020. Founded in Singapore in 2014, arQana is a fabless company with R&D facilities in two locations (Belgium and Taiwan) that designs and develops integrated circuits, modules, and subsystems for microwave and millimeter-wave applications. The company's product range includes control components such as switches, attenuators, and phase shifters targeting power amplifiers, driver amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, wireless infrastructure, aerospace, defense, and phased array antenna system solutions for the satellite communication industry.

After six years since its establishment, we have secured evaluation boards for all products including GaAs, GaN, and SiGe. We possess an ISO9001 certified facility and will begin mass production primarily for LEO satellite communication ground stations (Ka and Ku bands) and Phased Array Radar (S and X bands). Additionally, we plan to release products for 5G (Sub-6), including front-end modules, starting in 2021. We are entering the Japanese market to provide solutions that minimize SWaP-C (Size, Weight, Power, Cost) while being listed with DSP Valley and SCF (Small Cell Forum).
