DC/DC 【RHV-Series】 with ultra-high insulation rating of 12.5kVAC (20kVDC) in SIP16 package.
The RECOM RHV-Series is a 2W / 3W DC/DC converter with an ultra-high insulation rating of 12.5kVAC for 1 minute or 20kVDC for 1 second, housed in a compact SIP16 package (45✕15✕17mm). It has a pin spacing of over 30mm between input and output, is certified to IEC/EN 62368 and IEC/EN 61010, and supports reinforced insulation of 12.5kVAC up to an altitude of 5000m. The RHV2 can output 2W up to 85°C, while the RHV3 can output 3W up to 80°C without load derating. The efficiency is up to 81.5%, and the isolation capacitance is very low at a standard of 4pF, complying with EN 55032 (Class B) EMI limits through a general-purpose external LC input filter. It also boasts high reliability, with an MTBF of 146 million hours for the RHV2 and 134 million hours for the RHV3 at 25°C. *Please download the documentation for more details.
