The "EXEO-CR20" is a stainless steel material original to Fujikoshi, possessing hardness equivalent to SUS440C and more than three times the corrosion resistance. Through quenching heat treatment, it exhibits a tensile strength of 2200 MPa. It can be applied to tightening tools such as spanners and socket wrenches. We encourage designers and users who have concerns about rust and strength enhancement to consider this material. 【Features】 ■ Proven performance for high corrosion-resistant and high-strength parts used in critical automotive components and mixed methanol injection nozzle parts. ■ Can be used as an alternative material for tools and parts that quickly lose chrome plating and rust, such as SCM and others. ■ Applicable to tightening tools like spanners and socket wrenches, as well as pliers and nippers. ★ We provide documents introducing performance test data and application examples.
