We have opened a foreign patent that allows you to create pallets simply by press processing the edge of paper honeycomb boards. Please utilize this for product transportation from overseas locations.
The patent for the pass border is characterized by its ability to function as a pallet through roller forks simply by applying a sloped shape to the edges of a plate-like structure such as a paper honeycomb board. This patent has been granted rights in China, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, and has now been released for free use. When used for product transportation from overseas bases to Japan, you can easily utilize inexpensive thin pallets by simply searching for a paper honeycomb board manufacturer within the overseas base region and confirming whether they can press a sloped shape on the edges. If there are no paper honeycomb board manufacturers near your base or within the region, please consult with us. We will provide a quote based on products from our manufacturing partner in Indonesia.

basic information
As the logistics issue of 2024 approaches, discussions are intensifying in Japan regarding the transition to pallet transportation. The goal is to achieve a consistent palletization process from the initial overseas product transport to domestic logistics hubs by switching to pallet transport. However, since using standard pallets significantly reduces container loading capacity, there is growing interest in thin pallets that are less likely to decrease loading capacity. Our developed product, the Pass Border, is the result of thorough research on sheet pallets. It can be equipped with attachments without the need for modifications to forklifts, thereby reducing equipment costs. Additionally, it can also handle standard pallet operations, eliminating the need for additional vehicle costs. Most reasons for not adopting sheet pallets can be addressed with the Pass Border. Please note that we hold rights to the Japanese patent, so any sale of paper products manufactured overseas within Japan will be treated as an infringement of rights.
Price information
If you request manufacturing from a contractor in Indonesia, it will be on a container basis, and the following price range will serve as a guideline. - Size 1.1m x 1.1m = US$7 per piece CIF to major ports in Southeast Asia. Additionally, if sold within Japan, the price will be approximately 1,200 yen per piece (excluding consumption tax) on a container basis.

Applications/Examples of results
- Importing products from overseas factories. Customers who regularly export raw materials from Japan and import products utilize returnable plastic pass borders. - Domestic inter-site transportation. Due to the nesting structure of plastic products, the thickness when stacked is reduced, significantly lowering the pallet return costs from logistics hubs to factories.
Company information
The official company name is Advanced Logic Tech Japan Co., Ltd., but we have often been referred to as "ALT" by our customers, so we would like to inform you of this. Our company was founded by engineers who have been involved in supporting the introduction of systems since the 1980s when sheet pallets were brought to Japan. The biggest difference between our company and other sheet pallet sales companies is that we primarily focus on technical consulting. As a result, the purchase of sheet pallets serves as compensation for our consulting services, making the consulting fees effectively zero. While sheet pallets are recognized as inexpensive material handling resources, our strength in their introduction lies in our ability to offer roller forks in addition to push-pull attachments. First, we can start by equipping the roller forks on the forklifts you currently have to begin considering the handling of sheet pallets. If any issues arise due to the mechanism or if there is a need to reduce running costs, we can further deepen the discussion with push-pull attachments, providing a reliable approach. We believe that because sheet pallets are inexpensive materials, they can be useful in solving various challenges.
