By digitizing tasks that were previously done by hand, we can reduce writing errors! A case study on the development of an electronic record system.
This is a case study of the development of an electronic recording system that measures and records the electricity usage within the factory premises (including office buildings) and details it by section and department. By comparing the water utility's meter readings (including water charges), it enables the understanding of the validity of electricity usage and the frequency and trends of usage by department. After implementation, the transition from handwritten tasks to digital processes reduced recording errors and facilitated the archiving of past records and trend analysis. 【Case Overview】 ■Industry: Manufacturing ■Field: Electricity Monitoring ■Development Environment - OS: Windows 7 - DB: Excel File - Development Language: Excel Macro, VBA *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
