This is a unique wide belt sander developed for the grinding of wood flooring and the polishing of coatings.
The SK wide belt sander was developed to eliminate over-sanding at the edges of flooring and single workpieces, and is widely used for wood surface sanding before painting and for intermediate coating sanding. Features: - It uses a top reference method for sanding, allowing for sanding with a consistent pressure based on the sanding surface of the workpiece. - The sanding roll employs a very soft rubber roll, providing a gentle touch during sanding. - The lower feed roll is equipped with an air cushion, accommodating some degree of thickness variation in the workpiece and enabling more uniform sanding of the processing surface. - By attaching a top reference setting shoe before the sanding roll, it can also accommodate warped materials.
