The "C-Tube LCDM" is a large protein crystal growth container with pre-connected gel tubes, allowing for easy filling and setup. It enables a dialysis method that alleviates the osmotic pressure difference with the reservoir solution, preventing diffusion leakage outside the container. By using the included gel immersion bags and crystallization bags, crystallization can be achieved in a minimal space.
