"C-Profile" is a software tool that is useful for examining the purification and crystallization conditions of protein samples. Based on the amino acid sequence of the protein (in FASTA format), it calculates various physicochemical properties of the protein, such as molecular weight, pH dependence of charge/charge density, pI, ε, and GRAVY.
