Low rebound and high insulation reliability! We introduce liquid and film-type photosensitive cover layers.
We would like to introduce the photosensitive coverlay "PAF, APB-800/TPL-800" handled by Tamura Manufacturing Co., Ltd. This photosensitive coverlay features low rebound and low elasticity, allowing for minimal curvature radius! Despite being a photosensitive type, it can be adhered with EMI Shield. It offers reliability in the Z-axis and supports L/S=25/25μm. It has high flexibility with no cracks after 10 million bending cycles (R=5mm), and the exposure amount is 100–200mJ/cm², with UL equivalent to VTM-0. "PAF, APB-800" is a liquid type, while "TPL-800" is a film type. 【Features】 ■ Low exposure amount / High resolution ■ High insulation reliability ■ Low rebound ■ High flexibility *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
