The NN-20UB10 series ~φ20mm machining machine adopts a dovetail groove structure for the main tool holder of almost all machines, achieving high rigidity by applying traditional craftsmanship with a finishing process on the sliding surfaces. It excels in processing difficult-to-cut materials (hard materials), and is also capable of a wide range of machining for easy-to-cut materials. By incorporating the new technology MVT (vibration cutting), which finely cuts chips, it is expected to reduce chips that wrap around the tool and workpiece, minimizing damage to tools and products, as well as contributing to the reduction of chip disposal work and maintenance labor.
