**Features** ■ By combining basic core blocks to form a large core, we have made it possible to accommodate high-power unit reactors (2 kW and above), which were previously difficult to achieve. Applying this to high-power inverters allows for easier acceleration of switching frequency while maintaining high efficiency. ■ By adopting a U-shaped design for the basic blocks, we have reduced waste in the magnetic circuit, achieving a maximum reduction of 10% in both volume and weight compared to combinations of rectangular blocks (compared to our company). ■ The core material is produced in-house from raw materials, using Fe-Al-Si-based alloy dust known for its high quality, reliability, and extensive track record. *The image is provided by Toho Zinc Co., Ltd.
