We will systematically and intermittently carry out hygienic maintenance management of the air conditioning system through four processes!
The "ACVA System" maintains the air conditioning system hygienically through four processes: "Investigation," "Cleaning," "Disinfection," and "Monitoring." A small device called the ACVA Point is installed by perforating the air duct. This allows all tasks to be easily performed through that point. 【Features】 ■ Hygienic maintenance of the air conditioning system ■ Thorough surveys (investigations) ■ Cleaning and treatment within the ducts ■ Regular monitoring ■ No need for extensive opening work *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Features of ACVA Points** - A cleaning and inspection port that can be installed on ducts with one touch. - No need for extensive opening work, allowing for quick and cost-effective installation. - Simple installation by just drilling holes in the ceiling and duct to insert the ACVA point. - Minimal protrusion into the duct, with a structure that is difficult to detach during earthquakes due to spring material, packing, and caps. - After cleaning, it can be used for surveys and measurements to regularly check contamination levels. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Our starting point was air duct cleaning in 1983. What surprised us at that time during duct cleaning was the contamination caused by an overwhelming amount of pigeon droppings around the rooftop air intake. The reality was that pigeon droppings were being directly sucked into the air conditioning units. We tried using pest control devices that were available in the market at that time, but we were not satisfied with the results. While searching for better solutions, I discovered a paper by C. WALCOTTO from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on "Pigeon Homing Behavior" in the library. Inspired by that, we found that by using magnets to disrupt the magnetic field, pigeons would be less likely to approach. This led to the development of the Bird Stopper, a device to prevent birds from coming near using magnets. Currently, we have various devices tailored to different situations, but we do not want to engage in irresponsible product sales. Instead, we prefer to assess the site ourselves, choose the best method, and make proposals, taking full responsibility in return. This is what we call "responsible construction with guaranteed effectiveness." Starting with air duct cleaning, we will continue to provide services that can be communicated from Osaka to the entire country and the world, challenge new fields, aim for further expansion, and contribute to society.
