The S-JQA mark certification is a comprehensive product safety certification system by JQA for electrical and electronic products.
The third-party certification system operated by the Safety Certification Council for Electrical Appliances (SCEA) certifies products through safety verification testing and quality management inspections of manufacturing facilities. - In addition to all electrical and electronic products used at low voltage, semi-finished products such as embedded power supply units and components are also subject to certification. - When conducting certification, we provide ample opportunities for discussions with our engineers. We clarify the number of samples and the contents of components necessary for testing, striving to enable our customers to prepare efficiently. This also helps shorten the time required until the completion of testing. - In addition to the certification document, we offer a service (for a fee) that provides a report on the evaluated products. This can be used for internal evaluations of the products. - For applications from overseas, we can reduce the costs associated with sample shipping and factory inspections by conducting product testing and factory investigations through our overseas partner organizations. - Obtaining certification requires fees for testing and licensing (including initial factory inspection fees), as well as costs for transportation necessary for the initial factory inspection.
