Significantly high evaluations of the store environment and product impressions! Introducing an examination of whether customer impression evaluations change.

We would like to present the results of a study conducted to verify whether the presence or absence of fragrance affects customer impression evaluations at a high-end clothing store in Belgium. A faint lemon scent with a hint of mint was used on a total of 194 participants, consisting of 20 men and 174 women aged between 18 and 55.
