basic information
■ Fault Diagnosis of Gear Motors Using Effective Value / Peak Value of Vibration - For fault diagnosis, the effective value / peak value of vibration is used. - It can be set based on the current vibration values (in the installed state of the machine). - By setting the threshold coefficient (rate of change) for vibration, it can be applied to detect faults in any gear motor. ■ Application Examples of Condition Monitoring Systems for Gear Motors - The vibration sensor (SVS-016) is a compact type that is easy to install on gear motors. - The detection unit is available in 4-channel and 12-channel lineups (capable of connecting up to 12 vibration sensors). - A single computer can connect up to 16 detection units. When using a 12-channel detection unit, it can be applied to a maximum of 192 gear motors (16×12). - Vibration data can be transmitted to the computer via high-speed communication. Ethernet or Wi-Fi can be selected (for diagnostic results, vibration data, and parameter communication). - It can be connected to a PLC via DI/DO. (DI: Measurement start trigger, DO: Diagnostic results)
