In the daily necessities manufacturer, labels that wrap around bottle containers were being produced by competing companies. However, during transportation, the products rubbed against each other, causing scratches on the varnish surface of the labels, which prevented mass production. Although it was possible to replace the varnish with laminated material, it would lead to higher costs, presenting a significant issue. In response, our company proposed "a highly abrasion-resistant original flexo varnish." By adopting this solution, there were no surface scratches from transportation tests, and we were able to prevent cost increases associated with laminated materials.
