Cosmetic manufacturers have faced the issue that high design quality for limited edition cosmetics and small lot products requires mold production and plating processes, which are not cost-effective for small lots. Direct printing on containers and hot stamping have limitations in design quality. In response, we proposed "high design quality pseudo-embossed film printing." This received high praise for its design quality, leading to its adoption for limited edition cosmetics and small lot products. It allows for the reuse of containers that could not be achieved with traditional direct printing and hot stamping specifications, thereby helping to reduce excess inventory of containers.
