[Case Study] Decoration of Cosmetic Compacts Using Inkjet Printing

Realization of a design using a large number of colors in traditional Japanese patterns through the adoption of inkjet printing.

The cosmetics manufacturer wants to adopt decorative sheets for makeup compacts in their planned products, but they faced issues with silk screen printing due to the high number of colors and types, which puts pressure on the budget, as well as the difficulty in reproducing intricate designs. Therefore, we proposed "decoration using inkjet printing." By using inkjet printing, printing plates are no longer necessary, and delicate expressions that are difficult with other methods become possible.
