Concept We offer custom proposals for the widely adopted triple-action static mixer (inline mixer) used globally, delivering high-quality products in a short lead time, with materials tailored to various applications (carbon steel, SUS304, SUS316L, PVC, fluoropolymer PTFE) and pipe diameters ranging from 15A to special large diameters of 1200A. For SUS316L, PTFE, and PVC, we have stock available. The PTFE model is made entirely of fluoropolymer materials and can be used in applications requiring cleanliness, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance. Triple Action Static Mixer Mixing Flow When multiple liquids and powders flow into the mixer, 1. They are divided into two parts by the perpendicular partition plate, 2. They are stirred while gathering towards the center due to the lateral flow from the rebound, 3. They achieve uniform mixing by passing through while repeatedly creating inverted turbulence and backflow through the forces of stirring and mixing.
