The "FPX101AI" is a dent inspection machine capable of high-speed and high-precision inspection of the COG/FOG mounting state of LCD panels. Equipped with a high-speed autofocus camera, it achieves an inspection cycle of 3 seconds per panel. It can simultaneously inspect the number of dents and dent contrast of conductive particles, as well as the misalignment of ICs and FPCs.
