The social welfare corporation Dōhōkai operates under the philosophy that "the value of a human being exists not in their abilities, but in their very existence," providing various welfare services for people with disabilities and the elderly. The newly opened "Noa" is a facility that offers day services and living support, catering to a wide range of individuals from children returning from school to adults. To ensure that everyone using "Noa" can spend their time comfortably and to improve the working conditions for staff, we have implemented the 'RICOH Smart MES Lighting and Air Conditioning Control System,' which balances the creation of a comfortable environment with energy conservation. Through sensing technology and cloud management, this system automatically optimizes lighting and air conditioning on an area-by-area basis, contributing to reduced environmental impact while enhancing comfort and convenience.
