Applications/Examples of results
A certain medical device had various requirements such as heat resistance, insulation, and water repellency, which were achieved through a two-layer coating. The first layer uses a ceramic-based coating for heat resistance and insulation, while the second layer employs a fluorine-based coating for water repellency, oil repellency, and non-stick properties (with a heat resistance temperature of 250°C). Additionally, by maintaining a consistent coating on cylindrical shapes and using a turntable for painting, mass production capability was also secured (please see the video). Since the coating is for precision parts, advanced masking is required, but we can also propose, design, and manufacture masking fixtures.
