Features/Applications Compact, sputtering method, low cost, includes flat/spherical load buttons. By adopting a sputtering gauge, we have achieved cost reduction. By changing the load buttons (flat/spherical), ideal loads can be applied to the target object. (TC/TU-FSRSP(T)-G3) Instead of load buttons, an adapter prepared by the customer can be attached using a tapped hole (M2 depth 2mm) to apply load. (TC/TU-FSRSP(T)-G3) *Since there are restrictions on the load direction, we recommend reading the instruction manual and consulting regarding the adapter to be installed. Standardization of a flexible robot cable (previously a general-purpose cable) has been implemented. RoHS compliant.
