"MF-α" is a water-based penetrating fire retardant (flame retardant) agent that combines non-boric acid-based termite prevention and preservative properties. The main components are ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulfate. As heating progresses, the reaction is promoted, preventing combustion by blocking the supply of air (oxygen) necessary for combustion and lowering the temperature through the release of moisture, thus exhibiting flame retardant effects.
