The Pb-FREE steel ASK-500F has been born!! Achieving the same machinability as conventional steel types without the addition of Pb. ASK-1100B is a lead-free high-carbon free-cutting steel with astonishing machinability based on SK95. 【Features】 Does not contain lead (Pb) as a free-cutting component, fully compliant with RoHS directives and REACH regulations. *Does not contain environmentally hazardous substances. By adding Bi, SUJ2 ASK-500F (SK+Pb) achieves the same heavy cutting performance as the conventional ASK-500F. *Ultra-precision cutting is possible. *Long-duration cutting is possible. *High-speed cutting is possible.
