Create data in a spiral shape and cut it at 1mm intervals! Introducing case studies of problem-solving using spiral hoppers.
Here is an example of a conical hopper plate that has been processed with a spiral laser engraving. Data was created in a spiral pattern using a laser processing machine and cut at 1mm intervals. After that, it was welded at one joint using a three-roll machine for production. Due to the high opening ratio, we faced challenges during the welding assembly, but the customer was very pleased. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
