1. This is an advanced version of the standard gantry planomill, a dual-head rough precision integrated CNC gantry planomill. 2. The small diameter cutter has a diameter of 80 mm for rough surface machining, with a cutting depth capability of 4 mm. The cutter moves on a U-shaped rail, and the spindle rotation speed combined with the machining speed is three times that of a standard planomill. It features a high-rigidity cutter that can withstand long periods of use. The finishing cutter performs the final finishing cut in one pass, easily reducing tool wear. 3. Full electromagnetic table, which can be charged once and maintain full magnetic force for a day. Metal processing can start as soon as the workpiece is placed on the table. 4.
