Detailed information
-

MJR (Straightening Correction / Electric Cutting) By using electrodes with grooves tailored to the wire/tube diameter for electric heating cutting, we achieve burr-free cutting. Since the heating temperature is low, the material does not undergo compositional changes. Additionally, both ends of the cut parts have a gentle curvature.
-

MJ0520 (Straightening and Cutting + Header Processing) Straightening, cutting, and cold forming are completed with a single device. The bush cut using clamping pegs with grooves tailored to the wire diameter achieves an angle difference of less than ±1° at the cut section. Additionally, the head part of the component is formed immediately after cutting. The tail part of the component is polished and formed using a grinder integrated into the device.
-

MJC/UER (Straightening, Cutting + Forging Processing) Straightening and cutting, along with the shaping of both ends of the parts using a rolling unit, are completed with a single device. Due to bush cutting, the angle difference at the cut section is within ±1°, allowing for precise end face shaping.

The UD (Straight Line Correction and Cutting) device features a robust cast body that ensures excellent straightness even for long part cuts. Additionally, we offer a special dual feed version that enables a maximum production rate of 2,000 pieces per minute.

MJE (Straight Correction Cutting + Grinding Processing) The precision processing device MJE not only replaces conventional lathe processing equipment but also surpasses it in production speed. The lever system sends the wire into the device accurately and at high speed. The bush-cut parts are aligned on the transport plate before being sent to the molding device. Since the molding device processes both ends of the parts simultaneously, it can achieve a production rate of up to 400 pieces per minute. The precision processing device MJE accommodates wire diameters ranging from 1mm to 3mm.
Company information
Founded in Tokyo in 1948 by German entrepreneur Klaus Koerens, our company was the first German trading company allowed to resume business in Japan after the war. Since our establishment, we have walked alongside Japanese companies through Japan's reconstruction, modernization, and the period of rapid economic growth. Throughout our history of over 75 years, our constant passion has been to introduce cutting-edge technologies from Europe to companies active in various industries in Japan. At the same time, the diverse feedback from our Japanese customers has been reflected back to European suppliers, resulting in many instances of refined technology. We take pride in the fact that we continue to be a leading German trading company in Japan, as this reflects the high regard our efforts have received from both customers and suppliers. Moving forward, we will continue to stand between our Japanese customers and overseas manufacturers, being mindful of differences in business practices, culture, tradition, and behavior, and striving to create better relationships based on mutual respect. Furthermore, we will not only focus on product sales but also make efforts to provide long-term after-sales service to our customers after delivery.
