A longevity measure to suppress the deterioration of water supply pipes and prevent scaling! Installed in a 17-year-old apartment building with 86 households.

Introducing measures against red water. A "Polar Magnetic Water Treatment Device PI-40CF (connection diameter 40A)" has been installed in the underground water tank of the S.T Shin-Koiwa Mansion, which has a capacity of 24m³, using an independent circulation method. This was introduced as a longevity measure to suppress the deterioration of the water supply pipes and prevent scale. The Polar Magnetic Water Treatment Device suppresses corrosion progression, gradually removes old rust, and forms a strong magnetite (black rust) protective coating inside the pipes.
