We would like to introduce a case study of the "Stäubli Robot TX2 Series." The person in charge of production equipment at Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel AG had strong confidence and expectations regarding the concept of human-robot collaboration, but when it came to implementing that idea, it turned out to be more challenging than anticipated. At that time, they encountered our product at an exhibition. The "TX2-90L" arm was selected, and a hand was designed to grasp both spacers and trays. They were particularly satisfied with the fact that the newly introduced experimental system met stringent safety standards. 【Features】 ■ The main components of the application are four: robot, tray magazine, spacer supply belt, and cart. ■ While the operator arranges products on the tray and places spacers, the robot sets spacers on the next tray. ■ The Stäubli 6-axis robot recognizes the presence of people around it and moves at a safe speed. ■ It grips the prepared tray and remains in a standby position until the operator finishes arranging. ■ When the operator finishes and presses the confirmation button, and leaves the area, the robot loads the next tray onto the cart. ■ While the operator is away, the robot moves at high speed, and if there are people in the area, it moves at a safe speed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
