A powder dust collection device developed through years of unique technological research and equipment improvements.
The "Toho Bug Filter" has been developed as a powder dust collection device for the smelting plants of its parent company, Toho Zinc Co., Ltd., through unique technological research and equipment improvements. It is a product we are proud of, adopted by various companies in the steel and non-ferrous industries, including those involved in molten plating, alloys, and casting. The dust removal method utilizes air cylinders to open and close the exhaust and reverse wind dampers in a backwashing style, resulting in fewer complex mechanical parts and extremely low failure rates. Additionally, there is no undue force applied to the filter fabric, and there are no mechanical contact points, preventing any damage to the filter fabric. 【Features】 ■ Designed from the user's perspective ■ Simple mechanism with minimal failures ■ Long lifespan of the filter fabric ■ Easy internal inspection ■ Capable of collecting various types of dust ■ High collection efficiency *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
