Excerpt from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare notification in April 2020 (regarding the use of high-concentration ethanol products due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus): High-concentration ethanol (70-83 V/V%) can be used as an alternative to hand sanitizer ethanol. However, it must not contain methanol. It is required to be handled by existing businesses that deal with specific alcohols as stipulated by the Alcohol Business Act. As a point of caution, efforts should be made to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of containers during refilling. It is also advised not to use it near open flames. Our products, Eco Quick α78 and Food Care 75, are applicable and can be used for hand disinfection.
