Can be used for processing profiles, cables, and injection molded parts! Based on the principle of high voltage discharge.
"SpotTEC" is a high-frequency spot generator that allows for easy pre-treatment of three-dimensional molded/extruded plastic parts, such as surfaces and profiles, with low investment and running costs. It is based on the principle of high-voltage discharge in the high-frequency range. The discharge generated between two electrodes built into the discharge head is pressed against the substrate by a blower, eliminating the need for a counter electrode. This system is available in single electrode head and dual electrode head configurations, with other versions available upon request. 【Features】 ■ Easy to use ■ Easy maintenance ■ Single head or dual head configuration ■ Airflow control ■ Operation status confirmation via LED ■ Flexibility in processing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
