Additionally, it is a quick-drying type that eliminates the need for a drying process like conventional coatings, allowing for immediate use after application, so it can be applied as soon as any problematic areas are noticed. After drying, it can be coated with a mold on top without any issues, making it suitable for use with self-hardening sand molds and core molds.
