We offer the 'LHe Continuous Flow Optical Cryostat', which cools samples by continuously flowing liquid helium. It supports optical measurements such as photoluminescence measurements and evaluations of optical semiconductors. The size of the optical entrance window can accommodate diameters from φ5 to φ50 mm. The standard window material is quartz glass, but other materials can also be accommodated. 【Basic Specifications】 ■ Minimum achievable temperature: below 4.2K ■ Cooling method: liquid helium (liquid nitrogen can be used with an optional unit) ■ Temperature control range: 4.2K to 300K ■ Temperature control accuracy: within ±0.1K of the set temperature ■ Cooling time: approximately 40 minutes to reach the minimum temperature *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
