Our company was established in 1982 as a 100% subsidiary of the American company Stock, a leading company in the coal handling industry, specializing in the manufacturing of coal feeders (weigh belt conveyors) for coal-fired power plants. The American company Stock, founded by Arthur Stock in 1929, has contributed to the global power industry with its extensive experience and advanced technology since it pioneered the manufacturing and development of weight-controlled coal feeders ahead of its competitors in 1957. In Japan, Stock's coal feeders were imported in 1980 after the oil shock and were introduced for the first time to domestic coal-fired power plants. This delivery record led to a high evaluation of weight-controlled coal feeders, which allow for extremely precise control of coal transport volume, and an increase in new domestic demand. In response, our company achieved the localization of weight-controlled coal feeders in 1983 based on technology provided by Stock. Following the acquisition of Stock by the German company Schenck Process in 2006, our company came under the capital umbrella of Schenck Process and, since 2007, has been the only Schenck Process group company in Japan, starting to handle Schenck Process's powder weighing and feeding machines for the biomass, cement, steel, and non-metal industries.
