We own a large number of our own molds, which means there are cases where initial investment costs are not required! They excel in fatigue resistance, wear resistance, creep resistance, and dimensional stability.
Introducing our washer made of POM (polyacetal material). It is a crystalline resin with mechanical properties that is highly resistant to organic solvents and alkalis. It excels in fatigue resistance, wear resistance, creep resistance, and dimensional stability, making it suitable for use in semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts and food machinery. 【Features】 ■ Size: Inner diameter from 0.65mm to outer diameter of 40.8mm ■ Crystalline resin with mechanical properties Our company, which specializes in washer processing, has numerous achievements in washer processing and possesses many in-house molds. We can accommodate complex shapes and small lot sizes, so please feel free to contact us.

Showa Corporation is a company that develops various businesses, including resin washers, heat dissipation component processing, and special molding processing. In particular, regarding resin washers, which have been processed since the company's founding, we have approximately 800 molds in-house. If we have the desired size or a similar size in our molds, there is no mold cost. We can handle processing from prototypes of a single product to mass production of hundreds of thousands of units. We also have machines such as plotters and super cutters that can process without initial costs, and we can propose processing methods and materials according to customer requests. As part of our BCP response and technology development, we have newly established Showa R&D Center Co., Ltd. in Okayama Prefecture. We will continue to leverage the experience and know-how we have cultivated to challenge new processing and fields.
