This is an introduction to a case where we built Line A and Line B as new lines at the Fujioka factory, contributing to improved operational rates and production capacity with quick product changeovers. The proposed filling machine uses an air chuck for bottle transport and positioning, so there are almost no changeover parts required based on container size. The nozzle's lifting operation during filling and the filling amount can be freely adjusted using a servo motor, programmed, and stored, allowing anyone to easily switch products in a short time.
