"eZ Learning" is an e-learning service that combines a Learning Management System (LMS) with educational materials and exercise content for "EMC Design Education" and "Thermal Design Education," providing both online and offline services to support both the learners and administrators. Of course, for customers who have already implemented an LMS, it is also possible to provide only SCORM format content and various services. The educational materials are designed not to provide academic explanations or basic comprehensive content like "relearning," but rather to equip learners with the thinking and practical methods necessary to avoid problems related to heat dissipation and EMC that can be applied to any product design. Young engineers can use it as an opportunity to "learn systematically from scratch," while veteran engineers can utilize it to "formalize their own experiences and knowledge." Additionally, by offering online and offline services such as the creation of reports summarizing the Q&A content received during the course, explanations of exercises, and the results of exams at the end of each course, as well as holding reporting meetings that include participants, we provide a service that addresses common issues encountered during the implementation of e-learning, such as maintaining learner motivation and increasing the burden on administrators.
