An approach to make powders less likely to adhere by processing the inner surface! Customers facing this issue are encouraged to give it a try.
I would like to introduce the testing of the mixer. Since there is nothing in the container, the advantage is that there is a low risk of contamination and it does not damage the raw materials. However, once the materials aggregate and adhere to the container walls, it is difficult to resolve that issue. Currently, we are conducting tests at the request of our customers, but the lid part is not mixing well. Therefore, we are considering an approach to coat or process the inner surface of the container to make it less likely for the powder to adhere. By performing a blast treatment on the stainless steel surface and intentionally making it rough, we can prevent adhesion. It is said that changing the treatment method according to the characteristics of the powder can be effective. We also have a 20L test container available for WPC treatment. If you are facing difficulties, please give it a try. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
